Macro Photography Image Critique

Take your macro images to the next level with personalized image critique, post-processing tips to improve images, and how to prepare images for competitions or gallery submissions. Course begins April 1st with a live Zoom session on April 13 at 7:00pm.

Gain professional feedback on your macro images and gain tips on submitting images for competitions.

Each student will submit 10 images for personalized feedback and editing recommendations. Students will receive a personalized instructor recording with feedback on their images. All students can participate in a live one-hour zoom session. The zoom session will provide general feedback on images submitted editing tips and how to best prepare images for competitions.

Course Content

This course includes a one and a half hour live Zoom session. Each student will also have 10 images reviewed by the instructor. A personalized recording of the critique will be given to each student.

  • Individual review of student images. A recording of the critique will be provided for each student.

  • 1.5 Hour Zoom session with to review general macro photography, post processing and how to prep images for competitions.

Lori Lankford

Lori Lankford is photographer specializing in macro, flower and landscape photography. Her passion for photography began as a way to capture her personal travel adventures. Over the years she dived into the fine details of macro and flower photography. She loves to escape so deeply into the details of a tiny object.
Lori spends her free time in local gardens across the country shooting in the natural light and capturing its beauty.
Lori’s work has been exhibited in local and national gallery exhibits as well as in printed calendars and catalogs. She has a love for teaching and sharing her passion for nature and leads workshops in the Virginia/DC area.
